This luxurious eight-course meal is packed with the charm of tuna and luxurious delicacies. It includes not only a four-piece sashimi platter with nape of the neck, but also our specialty, deep-fried fresh tuna spare ribs. We also offer dishes such as a half-bowl topped with fatty tuna and tuna belly, chicken neck ponzu sauce, and grilled fatty tuna leek skewers, all of which offer a level of deliciousness that is one step above the rest.The meal ends with a dessert of coffee jelly topped with vanilla ice cream, allowing you to enjoy an elegant banquet until the very end.
